System User Manual (for Students)

Creating a system account

1. Click the link below to access the e-learning system. Click on the Create new account button.

2. Fill in the required fields and click on the Create my new account button.

*The username can only contain alphanumeric lowercase characters, underscore (_), hyphen (-), period (.), or at symbol (@).
*Make a note of your username and password so as not to forget them.
*Email addresses in mobile network operators domains are not allowed. (ex:docomo.ne.jp, ezweb.ne.jp, softbank.ne.jp)
*An email confirming the creation of an account will be sent to the e-mail address entered.
*Enter your correct full name.

3. The screen below shows that you have successfully submitted your account information.

4. An e-mail message similar to the one shown below will be sent to the e-mail address entered. Click the link provided in the email to complete your account creation.

Applying for enrollment in a course

1. For viewing only

1-1. Select the course(s) you would like to view from the list of broadcast courses.

1-2. Log in to the system and click “受講申請 (Enrollment application)” in the upper part of the screen.

1-3. Filled in the required student information field after reading the “注意事項(Notes)” carefully.
*Please make sure to input your right student number.

1-4. Select the “視聴のみ希望(Apply for viewing only)” checkbox(es) of the course(s) you would like to view on the list of broadcast course(s).
*Don’t select the “履修利用希望(Apply for completion)” checkbox(es).

1-5. Click on the “送信(Send)” button after checking the contents of this entry.

1-6. This completes your application for enrollment. Wait for a message confirming the addition of the course(s). The message will be sent from the system administrator after a while.
*If you do not receive a message confirmation within several business days of submitting your application, contact the e-Learning Initiatives.

2. For credit recognition (as “ancillary materials for their coursework” and replace a part of regular face-to-face classes with them)

2-1. Select the course(s) you would like to view from the list of broadcast courses.

Before applying for enrollment in the course(s), students seeking credit recognition are required to obtain the approval of both the course instructor(s) and their supervisors by contacting them directly and informing them that they would like to earn credits by using e-learning materials.
They are also required to submit the Course Registration Form to the specified office(s) by specified deadline(s).

2-2. Log in to the system and click “受講申請 (Enrollment application)” in the upper part of the screen.

2-3. Filled in the required student information field after reading the “注意事項(Notes)” carefully.
*Please make sure to input your right student number.

2-4. Select the “履修利用希望(Apply for completion)” checkbox.

2-5. Select the “履修利用希望(Apply for completion)” checkbox(es) of the course(s) you seek credit recognition on the list of broadcast courses.
If you would like to view the other course(s), select the “視聴のみ希望(Apply for viewing only)” checkbox(es).

2-6. If you apply any courses for completion, fill in the required fields below.

2-7. Click on the “送信(Send)” button after checking the contents of this entry.

2-8. This completes your application for enrollment. Wait for a message confirming the addition of the course(s). The message will be sent from the system administrator after a while.

3. For credit recognition (as “e-learning courses” and replace all regular face-to-face classes with them)

Submit “e-learning courses registration form” to CEED.
For more information, see the credit recognition using e-learning materials.

Available for viewing

1. Access the system.
For viewing, select a course under My courses in the lower central part of the screen.

2. Select the number of the lecture you would like to view.

3. Click on the Start button.

4. The lecture begins.

Account

User who Is not Logged in for a certain period of time

The account will be delated after 4 years have passed since the last log-in date.

Deletion of an account / Change of username

Please contact us with the following information, if you wish to delete your account or change username for some reasons such as graduation or going on to school of high grade. Please note that all glade data are deleted when your account is deleted. (All grade data are left in the case of a change of username.)

  • Name
  • Registered email address
  • Registered username
  • (In the case of a change of username) Username after the change
